CH&LA represents a diverse cross-section of the hospitality industry. Our Lodging Members are urban hotels, mountain
resorts, dude ranches, small lodges and bed & breakfasts within Colorado.
If your property has 51 units or more, you will automatically become a joint member of the American Hotel &
Lodging Association, which has national benefits and services. (Properties with 50 units or less have the option
of dual membership.)

COST: $350/year
An Allied Member is a member of the association that provides a product or service to the hospitality industry.
In becoming an Allied Member you will have access to our contacts within the hotels and various
opportunities to network, regular correspondence about what is happening within the industry and our
association, as well as a chance to exhibit at the InfoSource Trade Show durning our Annual Conference.

COST: $300/year
If you have a property that is currently under construction in Colorado you are eligiable to become a
Construction Member of the Association. Once the property opens we will pro-rate your regular
lodging membership dues for the remainder of the calendar year.

A Corporate Member is a lodging ownership or management company that has a minimum of 50%
Colorado owned or managed properties within the CH&LA membership.Some benefits of membership include:

COST: $100/year
An Associate Member or "Tourism Partner" is:
- Any person who has been an industry manager but who has retired from the hotel or motel industry and who has
previously been a member of the Association.
- The active manager of a hotel or motel outside of the state of Colorado who had previously represented a property
member in good standing of CH&LA.
- Additional person(s) designated and employed by a property for which dues shall be paid to the Association.
- An individual related to the industry through the hospitality profession but not actively engaged in the lodging
service (i.e. Academic Profession).

A Professional Member is a management-level employee of a current member lodging property. It is designed to give direct
access to CH&LA information about the lodging industry. Professional Members receive all benefits of a regular member. The
membership stays with the property, should the individual relocate.

Any student enrolled in a Colorado college and seeking a degree in the hospitality industry is eligible to apply.
